Creekside Lodge
Our Lodge is an ideal private & undisturbed retreat from the city, nestled between surrounds of Woods, Serenity Island and Little Portage Creek. Large panoramic windows are ideal for viewing our deer herd and creek and the lodge has recently undergone refurbishment with an african savannah theme. Fully stocked kitchen with gourmet coffees, hot chocolate, biscottis and complimentary south african wine to name a few.

he Gazelle Room - Room 1:
Private outside entrance with access to Main Lodge. Cedar wood with newly decorated "african " theme. Plush comfy Queen bed with african comfortor, gazelle skin and african decor, gaslog fireplace with large double Jacuzzi, private bathroom, all channel satellite TV. Quiet & Private. ** Named after the two gazelles's in africa, the Grant's and the Thompson Gazelle.

The Boabab Room - Room 2:
Private outside entrance with access to Main Lodge,
Cedar wood with newly decorated "african" theme. Plush Queen bed, gaslog fireplace with large double Jacuzzi, private bathroom, all channel satellite TV. Quiet & Private ** Named after the grandest and most useful trees in Africa.

Singing Sands Room 3:
Main lodge upper floor, mirror wall with direct access to Savannah sitting room with Gaslog fireplace, own deck with great garden view of creek and woods. The room has a skylight. as well as a mirrrored wall. Soft african decor creates a calming theme, full bathroom, double Jacuzzi & all channel TV.** Named after the strangest phenomena in teh kalahari Dessert in southern africa.

The Marula Room - Room 5:
Creek level with great view, Sliding french doors with a panaromic view , Plush Queen bed, private bathroom, comfortable sofa with unusual stone fireplace, all channel satelite TV. Very quiet and private. The room has access from the main inn and easy access to the cedar sauna. No jacuzzi or tub in this room. This room is especially designed for the guest who wants luxury, privacy but does not require a jacuzzi. ** Named after the tree with the marula berry that makes the great elephant "drunk" when it drops its berries.


** Please note we no longer have the PUTTING GREEN, this has made way for a lovely grassed area which in summer is a gathering place for grilling and chilling out.
