Started 3 years ago, these courses have proved invaluable with beginners couples wishing to fine tune their cooking skills. The classes are taught on site by Chef Gerard Clark. Chef Gerard grew up in South Africa. He has worked at various Hotels and Game Lodges, including the Elephant Springs Hotel and Sondela Resort. He was the founder of Chicago Cafe & Restaurant and developed a catering company. He Studied food both in Africa and America and has taught on both continents. He has also been a guest on numerous cooking shows and currently teaches from his program "Master Cooking and International Cooking" at local colleges, community centers using this proven curriculum.
WINTER PROGRAM 2007-2008
Arrange a cooking class with a group of friends, Red Hat ladies, Girlfriends or couples (we require a minimum of 12 people for each session) for a trip around the World. Each course runs 3 1/3 hours and costs are $35 per person which includes instructions, recipes and tastings and finishes with dinner and complimentary wine!!
Classes to choose from are France, Italy, Middle East, Greek, British Isles, India, Chinese. Latvian, Hungarian, Amish, Portugese, Spanish and South African. These classes run any evening of your choice Monday - Thursday. Call 1-800-304-3366 to book.
Lodging packages also available and include great discounts. if you are taking a class. Arrange a couples evening or a sleepover with girlfriends. Lodging includes a full breakfast the next morning You can also choose to add our "amish tour" the next day. Sunday evenings are also available for a class.
